joujouluv Quantum Healing Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to both Quantum Healing Session Packages and items purchased from our online store.

Non-Refundable Deposit (Session Packages Only)

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your quantum healing session package. This deposit ensures the availability of your appointment time and covers administrative costs.

Cancellation Policy

 * 24-Hour Notice: To avoid forfeiting your non-refundable deposit for session packages, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

 * Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in the loss of the entire session fee.

 * No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in the loss of the entire session fee.

Return and Refund Policy (Online Store Items Only)

Purchased items from our online store are generally not refundable.  However, we understand that mistakes can happen.  We will gladly accept returns for:

 * Damaged Items:  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at joyce@joujouluvquantumhealing.com . We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

 * Incorrect Items:  If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at joyce@joujouluvquantumhealing.com .  We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and retrieve the incorrect item at no additional cost.

 * Unopened and Unused Items (Exceptions Apply):  In some rare cases, we may consider a return for unopened and unused items beyond the 5-day window.  Please contact us at joyce@joujouluvquantumhealing.com  to discuss your situation on a case-by-case basis.  We may offer store credit equal to 80% of the original purchase price for such returns. This policy offers store credit as an alternative to a full refund for unopened and unused returns outside the standard window.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for unopened and unused items (unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days, minus any applicable return shipping costs.

Exceptions

JouJouLuv Quantum Healing reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in rare circumstances at our sole discretion.

By purchasing a quantum healing session package or item from our online store, you agree to these terms and conditions.
