1. Services Provided
JouJouLuv Quantum Healing offers intuitive energy work, guided release, and spiritual wellness sessions. These services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal care.

2. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
You are participating voluntarily.
You are responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
You will seek professional care when needed.

3. Scheduling & Payment
All sessions require payment at booking.
Packages include multiple individual sessions.
Sessions are non-transferable.

4. Refunds & Rescheduling
All sales are non-refundable.
You may reschedule once with 24 hours’ notice.
Late arrivals (10+ minutes) and no-shows result in loss of the session.

5. Session Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate communication.
Any abusive or inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination of the session without refund.

6. Results Disclaimer
Energy work results vary by person. No guarantee of outcome is implied or promised.

7. Right to Refuse Service
JouJouLuv Quantum Healing reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to protect the safety, integrity, or well-being of the practitioner and clients.
